UN general Secretary stated that we are one miscalculation away from nuclear annihilation. In the US neo-cons, who hold sway in Military policy formation, have spoken of fighting a winnable nuclear war. A Palestinian child of 10 told Xinhua reporters "in a trembling voice that 'shelling took place when I was in the room with my brother, which frightened us a lot.'" As the Israelis continue their genocidal campaign, at least 15 died, including a girl of 5.

Ukraine accused by Amnesty International of violating international rules of war, by stationing troops in civilian areas, e.g. in schools and hospitals. Also Ukrainians have been shelling civilian areas, & recently dropping petal antipersonnel mines.
