The BBC and much of the media ignored the recent deaths from Israeli machine guns and shells of more Palestinian children. They didn’t say a great deal about the recent Israeli assassination of Hamas leaders. Now that there has been some retaliation from Gaza the BBC and media are in anti Palestinian mood along with the Government. One of the world’s worst warmongers, Tony Blair is being despatched. These are all worrying signs. The BBC’s new found concern for protecting children and hypocritical peace envoys should be transformed into real initiatives for peace for the future of Palestine and the people of Israel.
